By opting into our SMS service, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as outlined in this policy. This service is on behalf of you Gastroenterologist. Your PHI remains HIPAA compliant and secure. We will never send a text message until after you have opted into the SMS service. We do not share your data with any third party outside of your Gastroenterologist's office. You will receive no more than 2 text messages per procedure scheduled event, one being a confirmation, and the other a reminder. Messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third-parties.
All SMS communications are purely for after your appointment is scheduled for confirmations and reminders and only after you have opted-in during the phone scheduling process. Messaging and data rates may apply.
